Yes, There REALLY is a Place Called Heaven

Writing about hell yesterday was difficult at best.  I am not saying that I am judging Casey Anthony or anyone else to hell for that matter.  Caylee will be in heaven when the judgment takes place.  There is ONLY one judgment of God and that takes place at the time the Messiah comes to this earth to reign for a thousand years.  I really don’t enjoy writing or talking about hell, but that what I do enjoy is writing, thinking, and talking about heaven, because there is nothing in this world that even comes close to what heaven will be.
I think that St. John, the writer of the book of Revelations, comes about as close as anyone can describe heaven, but that in fact, he used earthly terms to help us understand what normally couldn’t be understood by anyone, unless of course, he or she has been there.  But even then, there just is no way to describe heaven by any earthly standard of any kind.  We can think of the pearly gates and the streets paved with gold, but that in fact, heaven is a place where there are NO tears.  Now, this is what I know about heaven from the Angels:  If we knew what heaven was like, we would be falling all over ourselves trying to get in.
Now, I guess we can think of sin as simply disobedience to laws.  It’s really that simple.  But Jesus could only give life and never could He have been accused of taking a human life.  So, He healed even as He commanded it from a distance.  All anyone was to do was to ask of Him and He did it.  Why?  Jesus, even today as I write this, is a Life-giver.  Even when God takes a human life for whatever reason, God rewards that life that has been faithful to Him by respecting ALL human life, by giving him or her a place in heaven that has been prepared for his or her arrival there.  It’s really very simple:  All one has to do is simply to NEVER take a human life and one will spend eternity in heaven.  ANYONE who has taken a human life FOR ANY REASON will spend eternity in hell.
The Angels really didn’t describe heaven to me, except to say that it is a place that if we knew what it was like, we would do anything in the world to get there.  I think that says it all.  One can read the book of Revelations and understand as much about heaven as one can humanly understand, but even heaven is a place where there is no human comparison of any kind.  Whatever you imagine heaven can possibly be, you won’t even come close to what heaven really is.  And all one has to do to get here is simply to NEVER take a human life, including that of one’s own.  It’s really so incredibly simple that a child can understand it.
If the Angels simplified salvation so much for me, why then does the Church seem to make it so complicated?  I would say that is a very easy question to answer.  The Church has to have a reason to exist and it exists to offer salvation to sinners.  But I am saying that there are no magic formulas for salvation.  One very simply can’t take a human life including that of one’s own.  And if one doesn’t do that one single sin, one is saved and as soon as one takes the life of another including that of one’s own life, one has lost his or her salvation for all eternity.  I can’t make it any simpler than I have.  And to a person, every time I have said this to others, I have heard most anyone say to me, “Yes, but…” And my response to ANYONE who might refute what I have just written is that there is No “Yes, but…” There ARE NO exceptions to what I have just written.  And some might ask me then if salvation is so simple what purpose does the Church serve?  I would say that the purpose of any given church or even any religion of any kind is to spread the Peace of Jesus.  Any teaching that allows for the taking of human life, very simply is not of God.  And I think that is ALL I need to say.  Peace.
