Some have wondered how I can have a Tribulation Period without a rapture and how I can have a seemingly post Tribulation Period extending into the 1335 days of Daniel. Let me say this: NO ONE REALLY KNOWS. Okay? Really, no one really knows. I thought about the baby boomers and how they are born between 1945 and 1960. I even thought about children who were born since 1993. And if 9/11 divides the Tribulation in half, then I call children born in the first half of the Tribulation Period as “Tribbies,” and children born since 9/11 as “Second Tribbies.” Now, I am not sure when the 1335 days of Daniel have begun even if they have begun, but let us assume for a moment that the Tribulation Period was begun with one US President and the second half of the Tribulation Period beginning with another US President and that the 1335 days of Daniel then begins with another US President. Then we have the relative period of peace under the Clinton years and the relative period of war under the Bush years and that the 1335 days of Daniel began with the inauguration of Obama, so children born since Obama took office would be “Posties.”
Now my non-US readers would say this is incredibly presumptuous of an American to suggest that John or even Daniel would break down the Tribulation Period into periods defining the governing of the US. What about the rest of the world? And to that I would say that I agree, except there is no other standard I can use. Yes, it is presumptuous of me to suggest that God would use the elections of US Presidents to define the Tribulation Period. And my Christian friends would suggest that I leave out the most important part and that is the rapture, which would begin the Tribulation Period. And I would say that as a US Christian, I have the right to interpret the Bible ANY way I wish, because NO ONE REALLY KNOWS. And this is fact. I can be a Post Tribulationist if I wish. What this means is that the Church WILL go through the Tribulation Period and that the Messiah then will come at the VERY end. But many Christians will argue that it’s the rapture that HAS to begin the Tribulation Period. Yes, in THEIR thinking it does. But that does NOT mean this is truth. It is ONLY what they believe and what they WANT to believe.
Here is what I know: We have been through the Tribulation Period since 1993. Now, this is what I KNOW. Otherwise, ANYTHING I have to say about the Tribulation Period, as I know it, is that the Angels told me in 1993 that we ARE in the Tribulation Period. It had already begun even prior to the night of November 25, 1993. And if the Period is divided in half, there will be those who INSIST the Period is ONLY seven years long. I do not believe the number seven, in this case, is literal. I am just about convinced that in most cases, the numbers five, seven, and ten are generally NOT literal numbers in the Bible. These numbers are used as a reference to that which is unknown. And THAT is what I believe. And I am NOT going to suggest that the Clinton years were perfect years of peace nor would I suggest that the Bush years were years of warfare. But I WILL suggest that 9/11 was not only a turning point for the US, but for the world. I believe the WORLD changed AFTER 9/11. I am suggesting then that 9/11 changed the course of the world. And I will say that these years DO represent the Bush years. The years between 1993 and 9/11 of 2001 WERE basically the Clinton years. As Clinton was in office a year prior to my experience with the Angels in 1993, Bush was in office almost a full year prior to 9/11. And that if we use US Presidents as the marking points in the context of the Tribulation Period, then we can measure 1335 days since Obama took office. Now, this is ONLY what I believe. I only know we have been in the Tribulation Period since 1993. This is ALL that I know. The rest is only conjecture on my part. And that is ALL I can say.
So, my thinking is that children born in the first half of what I call the Tribulation Period would be “Tribbies,” and children born in the second half of the Tribulation Period would be called “Second Tribbies.” Then children born since Obama has taken office would be called “Posties.” But this is my way of having fun with what I claim the Angels told me. Here is one fact that cannot be overlooked. The Messiah is coming and I think on that all Christians would agree. And that, my dear friends, is my point. I simply believe the Messiah is near.
