A LOT of Plowshares!

I am watching the gun debate with great delight!  The NRA says that porn is the violence in movies and video games.  I have said the same thing.  The NRA says that hammers are weapons.  I would agree.  In fact, I know for a fact that lawn sprinklers can be a weapon.  I took Karate 20 years ago and the instructor asked us to bring something from home that could be used as a weapon.  I brought a lawn sprinkler.  In fact, I was surprised at the imagination of the class!  The NRA is saying something I HAVE been saying all along.  ANYONE can murder with ANYTHING.  Hands have been registered as weapons!  Maybe we should cut off ALL hands!  I am in favor of outlawing ANYTHING that could be a weapon, including ALL rocks!  But instead it might be easier to just say that NO human being EVER has a right from God to take a Human Life for ANY reason.  Just think, if EVERYONE believed this, just think of all the plowshares the world would have!  Peace.  Brother Ralphie
