My Angels ARE Expensive

A personal letter to a friend...  Instead of writing another blog, I think this says it as well as I could say if I were to re-write it.  Here it is just about as I wrote it:

 I am going to write a blog about what I am about to write to you.  What I WANT to say in my next blog is that my Angels ARE expensive.  Corporate greed has cheapened Human Life.  The rich young ruler asked what it would take to follow Jesus.  Jesus’ response to this rich young ruler was for this young man to sell EVERYTHING he had and then he could follow Jesus.  Spirituality is a LOT more expensive than religion.  There is no retirement plan in spirituality.  And what Jesus is saying is that you do for Him until your last breath or you are on your deathbed.  There is no such thing as retiring from Spirituality, but most everyone in region retires from what they do.  In essence, while ministers retire, spiritualists do NOT.  I am in the latter category knowing that what I do for my Angels doesn’t bring me an income nor does it provide for my retirement.  I will do for my Angels as long as I have breath to do it.  But the fact is that NOT being spiritual means that one is greedy and greed cheapens Human Life.

I have had more ups and downs since my heart attack believing I am at the end of my life and ALL I am going to do in my life I have done.  I simply don’t have the energy for much stress in my life.  But there isn’t stress when I am writing or even what I call “working” for my Angels.  I can’t help but think that in some ways some governments are just like corporations.  North Korea, Iran, and Syria come to mind.  And I think the NRA has cheapened life by saying that ANYONE has a right to take the life of ANYONE else for just about ANY reason except for a reason that breaks the law.  But the problem is that now, just about anyone is justified for taking the life of another person.  Then there is the morning after pill, that when taken a woman isn’t sure she would abort or not.  The morning after pill is just her insurance that she won’t have to worry about becoming pregnant.  I call this pill the “abortion” pill just for this reason and this pill can now be made available to any girl or woman who wants it without a prescription or permission to get it.  Exxon has made life cheap with the tar sands oil spill in Mayflower, Arkansas; just as BP made life cheap with the oil spill in the gulf.  I don’t worry as much about the ecological impact as I concern myself with the fact that corporate Greed of just about ANY kind makes life cheap.  Apple has made life cheap in China by using low-paid, low skilled workers to manufacture their products.  The CCP has made life cheap with organ harvesting.  We are seeing more ways for the powerful to make life even cheaper.  I want to write about this, because so few can really afford what I am saying from my Angels.  I am saying that EVERY life is priceless to God and that it is in fact other humans who have cheapened Human Life, not God Himself.  The NRA is just as guilty as Exxon and BP and it is just as guilty as North Korea, Syria, and Iran.  In fact, the NRA sells the same kind of greed that corporations sell in order to make life cheap, including the manufacturers of the morning after pill and manufacturers of guns.  And I am seeing life cheapened by so many forces that it would seem that this world is ONLY for those who are wealthy and powerful enough to be able to live in this world without harm done to them.

But what Jesus was saying is that no one is going to be wealthy by following Jesus, but that our wealth is NOT on this earth.  Those who follow Jesus are building their own treasury in heaven.  But this is NOT the thinking of the world.  I realize this.  The world worries about financial security and by working to become a valuable member of ANY given society so that his or her life is NOT among the lives that are cheap.  I don’t have a lot by the world’s standards and I don’t have a retirement plan.  I plan on working for my Angels for as long as my fingers can move and I am able to do for the Angels what I am able to do.  But that means there will NOT be a retirement for me.  It’s my purpose in life to tell those who are greedy that their greed cheapens all other Human Life and that in fact, they themselves store up their treasures on earth, where moth and dust corrupts.  Every great empire has crumbled.  But the Kingdom of God has remained the same since Jesus came to this world some 2,000 years ago.  His following is the ONLY spirituality and teaching that has remained.  Yes, there are older great teachings that have remained but EVERY great spiritual leader teaches the same thing.  We are NOT to build treasure on earth, but to live for the Kingdom of God.  It’s the ONLY way to live and most can’t afford it.  Peace,
